My passion for fitness is very evident in the way I conduct my classes and training sessions. I have always been a people person and an extremely creative soul – This is one of the main reasons why I have always loved teaching classes. Nothing is as fulfilling as watching a room full of energized people appreciating my programs, working hard, sweating profusely and complaining to me how sore they are the next day - And I mean that in the nicest way possible!
Although for different reasons, training clients is also something I genuinely love to do. Having the ability to build strong lasting relationships, be a part of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and ultimately, watching my clients improve, lose weight, get stronger, and experience more happiness. There is really nothing more rewarding than that!

I have always believed in a holistic approach; a multidimensional complexity connecting mind, body and soul. Looking at the ‘entire’ person- incorporating their stress levels, sleep habits, nutrition, work, relationships and family. Maintaining this link between mind, body and soul creates a sense of harmony, peace and balance essential to healthy fitness. According to the holistic approach, healthy fitness requires regular physical exercise, a balanced healthy diet, strong spiritual/mental health and positive social-emotional experiences. As a firm believer in this approach, you will feel a full mind, body and soul workout whether you participate in one of my classes or train with me one-on-one.
